My favorite rules set for the American Revolution is “The British Are Coming.” Here’s a Word file for printing tags for the command stands for the Battle of Eutaw Springs.

The OOB is based on several books I have, including Greg Novak’s Guide to the American War of Independence in the South and Craig Symonds’ “Battlefield Atlas of the American Revolution.” I found that there is a LOT of conflicting information on the battle, so in the end I created a lineup that I thought would make for a good game.

It did.

There are a large number of maps on the ‘net to use in setting up the scenario. Just use Google Images and search on Eutaw Springs.
