From Ebob miniatures, a set of miniature wargaming skirmish rules for the Scottish Rebellion of William Wallace in 1297 called Rebellion Lite.

Ebob requests that you send him an email when you have downloaded the rules. That will get you added to the email list so they can inform you of changes and new versions. It’s not necessary, however.
