It was a pretty cool game… It was in an urban setting taking place in the 1920’s era in Detroit complete with rum running boat, docks, several buildings, including a bank various shops, a sugar house, etc very nice lay out to say the least with working lights and a backdrop of era music… I was one half of the Bugs Moran Gang… Things went pretty well the Purple Gang and Bugs Moran Gang pretty much ended up in a shoot out near the docks… I positioned two of my cars to block the road giving me cover fire for the tommy guns and shotguns… I put Bugs Moran in one of the armored cars I had with a bodyguard to keep him safe… Wish we had enough time to finish it but we played it for four hours which was the time limit for each gaming session… The game was a variant of the Bootleggers Rule system… The guy I think running the game was Mike Harris or something… There should be some pictures on the pro or con website of the game being played…

That game was AWESOME!!!! & yes his name is Mike Harris. One of the finest game boards I have ever seen. I happened to be at the table next to it during first Session. (Mark Magdowski’s Civil War Skirmish)
It was a great Con & had a huge turn out. I have never seen that many people or games at Battlefields.

ahhhh

I remember seeing somebody with a Harley shirt on. Did you by chance visit Larry Campbell’s Vietnam game before 2nd session started?
