This is not a scenario as such but is an idea for team games.
Where there is a team of two or more players controlling aircraft on one side the players are not allowed to discuss tactics once the game has started.
Instead, after all deployment on each turn, players are allowed a ‘radio’ contact with another player on his side. This takes the form of a WRITTEN message of no more than 6 words. The recipient can reply with a similar message and that’s it for the turn. In addition each message may become garbled. A card is drawn for each message. If it is a SPADE then the message is garbled.
A garbled message has EVERY OTHER WORD blanked out with a black felt-tip marker so that the word is illegible before the message is passed over. If there is an umpire present all messages should go through him for this treatment and to ensure that the word limit is adhered to.
I have used this with a friend in a land wargame (WW2) and the results were hilarious!
Let ** know ** you *** this!
