I was wondering how life was on ironclads. What did they eat, what did they do? What did they do to entertain themselves and so on!
This is for a Civil War paper in social studies and due tomorrow! I can’t find much information on this topic so whatever you can find please tell me! And please give me any links you used so I can write out a bibliography! Thanks again!

Tsk, tsk, tsk… So, what were you doing when you should have been researching your school homework?

I’ll skip dishing out a lecture on the importance of doing your schoolwork a)by yourself and b) on time, because I have dished it out enough times to my kids and heard it enough from my parents when I was at school. Though, I do recommend that you learn search for information.

Keywords (into Google) american civil war ironclad sailors life aboard

You can also go to the US Navy’s historical website and type “ironclad” into the search box.
