Person I know in Uk, involved for many years in wargaming decided to start a company producing hard plastic miniatures for IInd WW. First to go will be 20mm and 15mm Russkies and Germans but then he is also considering releasing range of Polish and French troops for Early War, as Battlefront will be releasing their Early War supplement somehwere in June I believe. Basically I wanted to ask- if you could get box of 100 infantrymen of really high quality for 15 pounds, would yo uconsider starting Polish or French army for Early war?

It will depend on the variety of poses and quality of the figures, but I wouldn’t rule it out. I have no issues with plastics if the quality is decent. Keep in mind that Old Glory 15mm metal WWII French and Russian infantry are available today for the equivalent of about 12 pounds for 100 with discounts, so price alone might not be enough of a differentiator.  The Poles are a good option if nobody has them covered already. Shipping to the US might make them cost prohibitive.

I’d love to see some photographs of his 15mm prototypes. Are any available?
